Keith's Legacy (R1 No. 3) - would be the bet of the year if only we could guarantee a wet track. One must be mindful of Keith's Legacy's record on good tracks as 12s 0-4-0 against his slow track C.V of 5s 4w and 2 from 5 on heavy. On the positive side, he is a genuine Saturday class horse who has performed well fresh in the past and we dare anyone to find fault with his 3rd to Albrecht and subsequent big winner Entirely Platinum at HQ on Feb 11. The tempo aspect is a major factor playing to the David Vandyke galloper's strengths if they all race to their pattern.
